Class 2 – Food Sovereignty – San Antonio

Ivan Bermejo (a queer youth leader for the Southwest Workers union) was the adjunct faculty. He is about to graduate High School. Ivan at the moment is studying an AP course on environmental science. 15 minute presentation and 2 round robins and broke into groups and did scenarios on ideas for sustainable communities and acted out the answers. It was a good turn out and Ivan was very articulate and thorough.
