Class 6 – Culture and Liberation – San Antonio

Nicolas Valdez was the adjunct faculty / guest. He was invited sort of last minute as our planned guest hadn’t been heard from. I turned out to be great. Nicolas said poems sang and played music and talked about IN LAK’ESH. It was a great discussion. 1st round robin asked how has culture affected you. Next we did tablos freeze frames of images using one word. then we had to explain them. We closed out in a poem and he played his accordion as we wrote our one pagers.
