Liberation Summer 2012 – 2nd Class

Will Puerto Rico be an Independent nation, a State of the United States, or a commonwealth colony as it stands now?

This is the question that Reynaldo Padilla Teruel posed to the Liberation Summer course on Colonialism and Decolonialization being sponsored by Project South in Atlanta in partnership with University Sin Fronteras. Reynaldo is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for University Sin Fronteras, and traveled from Puerto Rico to Atlanta to lead the second class of the Liberation Summer Semester (July 11-Aug 15).
