Liberation Summer in Atlanta had Reynaldo Padilla from Puerto Rico to teach class 2 about the Colonization of  the Caribbean Island . Reynaldo is the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of UNSIF.

The case of Puerto Rico offers the opportunity to imagine beyond Colonial Reality and beyond a nation limited by constraints of 20th Century Economics and Governance.

Reynaldo’s visit is key to seal the strategic relationship between Universidad sin Fronteras and Project South.
